What are you dealing with?

You know something has to change.

You can come to us with a problem, with a business goal, or with a question about what could work better in your company. None of the three has to be written as a specification first.

When a product you can buy already covers the whole job, we say so in the first conversation.

Three ways to start

People come to us in three ways.

A problem

Something breaks every week and people have built a routine around it. You describe what breaks and we follow it through your operation.

A business goal

You want to sell directly, open a new market or take more orders without adding people in the office. We look at what the operation has to do differently for that to work.

A question

You suspect something here could work better and you want a second opinion before you spend money. We walk the flow with you and tell you what we find.

The first contact

The first conversation follows one real order.

You describe what happens in your company. Then we take one real item, an order, a quote or a shift, and walk it through your operation with you, from the moment it arrives to the moment it is closed. We stop at the first point where the work breaks.

01

You describe the situation

In your own words, in the form or on a call. Nothing prepared, no specification and no technical brief.

02

We walk one real item with you

One order, one quote or one shift, with the people who handle it. We ask who decides, which exceptions come up and where the work waits.

03

We name the constraint and the options

Buy, configure, connect, build or wait, with what each one would take and what it would change. Some answers are a product you can buy, or a feature in a system you already own, and we show you those first.

04

You decide what happens next

If a first step is worth taking, it comes with a written scope and an estimate you can take to management and to IT.

What you bring

Nothing prepared. One real order, quote or shift is enough for the first conversation.

What you leave with

A named constraint, the options for it and what each one would cost.

You talk to the people who will design and build the system. Nothing is handed over to a delivery team you never met.

The first step is never a whole system. It is one workflow, one connection or one report that people stop building by hand.

FAQ

The four questions we hear most often.

That is the first thing we work on. We sit with the people doing the work and map the decisions, the data and the exceptions before we talk about software. We have done that in transport, workforce contracting, live auctions and manufacturing, and the method is the same in each one.
No. The systems that do their job stay where they are, and we connect or extend around them. Replacing a tool is the last option, and only where it forces a way of working that costs you more than it saves.
The first scope goes in front of real users while it is still small enough to change. We change it with them. Nothing old is switched off until the new part has earned trust in daily work.
You leave the first step with a written scope, an estimate, and the options we rejected with the reason for each. IT gets the technical path in their own terms, from permissions and integrations to data ownership and what happens when something fails.

First contact

You do not have to arrive with a solution.

Describe what happens in your company and what you would like to be different. We will tell you honestly what it would take, and whether it is worth doing now.
