Today, we continue that story by helping businesses grow with the right technology

Moravians arrived in the US in 1735, long before the country took its modern shape. Their first permanent settlement, Bethlehem, Pennsylvania, was founded in 1741 and later became a recognised historic site, today part of a UNESCO World Heritage listing.

Moravian influence shaped entire towns, especially in Pennsylvania and North Carolina. Places like Bethlehem, Nazareth, Lititz, Bethabara, and Winston-Salem grew from well-planned communities.

Moravian institutions still operate today, including Moravian University in Bethlehem and Salem College in North Carolina. Education and long-term thinking have remained central to Moravian presence in the US for centuries.
