For our client from United Kingdom, we developed a custom web application to manage the performance of their employees. The main thing this application helps with is improving and accelerating the development and growth of the company's managers' skills. The application includes a sophisticated system by which junior and senior managers can learn how to work with people, processes and typical life situations through specific case studies. This sophisticated system can then ultimately contribute to the satisfaction of all employees as well as the achievement of the company's ambitious goals and visions.

Core functions of the employee performance management application

The main features of such an application include review of meetings between employees, a sophisticated system of work progression, 360-degree feedback, personal goals and their progression over time, and a lot of learning materials such as videos, e-books and other materials available to the client for their employees. All of this to streamline and accelerate onboarding and quality of client employees.

What technologies did we choose for the development of this project?

We developed this web application for performance management "on the green field". This allowed us to choose modern and scalable technologies led by Next.js, React, Vercel, Tailwind, Next Auth and Prisma. We also use Jest.js & Cypress frameworks to test the application. All this helps us deliver high quality and value-added software.
