This company operates in a highly competitive environment, focusing on offering and selling wellness trips to various countries, such as the Czech Republic, Italy, Austria, Slovakia, Slovenia, and others.

We have been working with the company since 2020, when the client contacted us with a request to take over their existing application and continue its development. We gladly accepted the project and have been actively developing it further in weekly sprints.

Initial Analysis and Project Handover

At the start of the cooperation, it was necessary to analyze the state of the project. During the analysis, we discovered that the project had major issues and was not ready for a commercial launch. From this initial analysis, we identified the steps needed to bring the project to a stage where it could be successfully launched for real users.

We then migrated the project to Docker container technology and deployed it to Google Cloud, which later allowed us to scale the platform as the number of users and their demands increased.

Within less than a year of development, we fixed the most critical bugs and significantly improved the speed of the website. After that, we worked closely with the client on further development and preparing the launch, which successfully took place in 2021. We continue to work together even after the launch, adding new features and improving the platform.

Large-Scale Project

The platform includes many advanced internal systems, from client and booking management to invoicing, meal type setup, and other administrative functions, all the way to settings for translations, multilingual content, and multi-currency support.
