I am the CEO of RAYNET s.r.o., software company providing SaaS CRM for small and mid-sized businesses.

For what projects/services did your company hire Moravio, and what were your goals?
We partnered with Moravio on developing a new mobile app for our CRM product. The cooperation involved graphic design and its implementation (front-end).

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?
We were working with MORAVIO on multiple web projects. The mobile app project was a natural expansion of our collaboration.
Describe the scope of work in detail, including the project steps, key deliverables, and technologies used.
MORAVIO jumped in after we'd finished the wireframes and interactive prototype. First stage was connected mainly with testing and fine-tuning the prototype. Then we moved to graphic design and finally implementation. MORAVIO served as a front-end team under supervision of our core dev.
How many resources from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?
Throughout the project we were cooperating with 3 team members - project manager, senior designer nad two front-end developers.
Results
Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?
We were working on the first mobile app of our (primarily desktop-based) product. The release went smoothly and so the impact to our community of users was enormous. More than 40% of all the users downloaded the app within the first two months after the release. Average rating 4.4 on Appstore and Google play accordingly.
Describe their project management style, including communication tools and timeliness.
The cooperation went smoothly. We chose weekly sprints and direct communication with all the team members. The feedback was provided over Slack and calls if needed. The project manager was coping with assigned capacities and did perfect job with informing all the involved members of any change or uncommon situation.
What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?
We were impressed with their straightforward communication, agile approach, and output quality.
Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?
You'd always find new and better ways to cope with problems after they the project is done :) The base line is having a partner that you can count on. MORAVIO is one of those.
