Please describe your company and your position there.
I am the head of the IT department of SAREZA. Our company takes care of sports facilities in the city of Ostrava and provides sports and relaxation services.

For what projects/services did your company hire Moravio, and what were your goals?
Our website was created over 3 years ago. It wasn’t user friendly, without design conception. We needed stable and organized website. It was also necessary to connect the website to internal systems.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?
We received a recommendation for Moravio from another company. We looked at the company's portfolio of projects and visited Moravio in person. We were interested in the company's management system, project management methodology and creative atmosphere. That's why we chose Moravio.

The project started with a kick-off meeting, where we presented our requirements, ideas and goals. At the next meeting, the supplier's team presented possible solutions to the basic framework of the project and the technology used, including the initial visualization using wireframes. During the next meetings, the framework and wireframes were gradually modified into the final form.
How many people from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?
The main contact person was the project manager. Other experts were invited to the meeting if necessary.
Results
Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?
After the launch of the new website, the number of email queries for information provided on the website has been significantly reduced. Visitors also stopped getting lost on the web. The number of website visitors via mobile phone or tablet has also increased significantly.

We had appointments as needed, and all tasks had appointments. If there was a delay, it was announced and justified in advance. We used BaseCamp for communication.
What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?
They listened to us and understood our needs. Then they are able to implement it very well and quickly.
Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?
I don`t think so.
