Your Key Responsibilities:
- Full Project Ownership: You take over projects from the business development team and are responsible for the entire subsequent lifecycle—from technical delivery to long-term management.
- Financial Success: You are directly responsible for project margins and profitability. Your bonuses are tied directly to the financial outcome of your projects.
- Role Hybridization: You’ll wear multiple hats—acting as an architect, developer, business strategist, and a key partner for the client.
- AI Agent Management: You don't spend your time on routine coding; instead, you manage AI agents that do the work for you. You remain fully responsible for the quality, integrity, and performance of the code.
- Direct Communication & Upsell: You are deeply embedded in the client's business. You communicate directly, identify their needs, and actively seek out upsell opportunities, negotiating them independently.
- Operational Autonomy: You have the power to make pricing decisions for project expansions and take immediate action to ensure project health.
- Team Building: When needed, you "draft" your own team members using our internal push/pull architecture.
Your Profile:
- The Foundation: You’re a senior full-stack engineer with product ownership experience.
- Track Record: You have a proven ability to deliver high value and communicate effectively with customers.
- Mindset: You’re highly autonomous, proactive, and willing to take risks (“Ask for forgiveness, not permission”).
- Drive: You are strongly motivated to maximize margins and drive financial results.
- Adaptability: You have a constant hunger to learn and quickly deploy new technologies into practice.
