Time & Material

Our experience shows that for large projects it is usually not possible to accurately estimate the cost of a project for two main reasons - complexity and ongoing project changes. That's why a time and material contract, where you pay for our capacities, fits perfectly here.

Our experience shows that for large projects it is usually not possible to accurately estimate the cost of a project for two main reasons - complexity and ongoing project changes.

That's why a time and material contract, where you pay for our capacities, fits perfectly here.

This method is also highly recommended, if you don't have 100% completed project specification. Even if you do almost have it, we know, there will be changes into the project along the way. It's just how it is.

This is our preferred method of cooperation based on scrum methodology. Quick iterations, laser focus on tasks at hand, flexibility, a lot of communication and less bureaucracy are just a few key features. We bring you business value every 2 weeks. See below.

We usually work in a 2-week cycle. Every cycle contains:

  • backlog grooming,
  • sprint planning,
  • development of agreed features,
  • demo version of implemented features,
  • retrospective.

Key thing to understand here is that you buy our capacity and not the whole project's end result in a specific timeframe and cost. We always focus maximum effort on the current cycle (sprint) to deliver what we mutually agreed. In this way, we will gradually build the entire project, cycle by cycle, to your maximum satisfaction.
