Your bonuses are tied directly to the financial outcome of your projects.Role Hybridization: You’ll wear multiple hats—acting as an architect, developer, business strategist, and a key partner for the client.AI Agent Management: You don't spend your time on routine coding; instead, you manage AI agents that do the work for you. You remain fully responsible for the quality, integrity, and performance of the code.Direct Communication & Upsell: You are deeply embedded in the client's business.
